A “Team Building Programme” was conducted for the grade 10 scouts of Gold Troop on 6th December 2011 at Royal College premises. The programme kicked off at 3.00 pm with the introduction of the programme & programme objectives. Thereafter the scouts took part in a series of games & activities which were aimed at improving their team work skills as well as other important aspects of team building such as effective communication, positive thinking & innovation. The highlight of the programme was the “30 minutes challenge” where the scouts had to cover 3 activity bases within 30 minutes, which they successfully completed. After the games & the activities a recap was done by the scouters on the progress of the participants & the participants were briefed about their strengths & weaknesses and the way forward for them as a team.
