Old scouts of Royal College went on their 4th Annual Excursion on 3rd and 4th of March 2018 to Galle & Mirissa. This was a great opportunity for the old scouts from various batches to come together and share their golden memories with each other. During the trip, the old scouts visited the Japanese peace pagoda, Jungle beach, Southern Naval Base and Mirissa beach. Highlight of the trip was whales & dolphins watching tour with Sri Lanka Navy and it was a special experience for all the participants.

I would like to thank the Organizing committee headed by Mr. Muditha Bandara for organizing this event and special thank should go to Chief of the Defense Staff; Admiral Ravindra Wijegunaratne, Commander of the Southern Naval Area, and Captain S J Kumara for facilitating the Navy base visit and whale watching tour. Finally, I would like to thank all the old scouts who participated for this event and making this event a memorable one.

We urge our brother scouts who missed the trip this time, not to be disappointed and join our next adventure in the year 2019.
