The Royal College Old Scouts Association successfully conducted an Out-Bound Training Programme for a selected group of emerging leaders of the Gold Troop at the Out-Bound Training Facility at Wijeya Holiday Resort, Kiriella on 25th and 26th April 2015. The objective of this Programme was to reinforce the fundamentals of Scouting within the future leaders of the Scout Troop through a series of activities and thereby drive them practice those fundamentals in day to day scouting.
